Who We Are
A trade partner builders and homeowners can count on
Raaschtional Contracting Ltd. is a professional construction and carpentry company serving builders and homeowners throughout the Kamloops area.
Led by Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter Quintin Raasch, we specialize in foundations, framing, siding and interior finishing, providing skilled workmanship throughout the construction process.
We work primarily as a trade partner to builders, while also working directly with homeowners on select projects. Our approach is straightforward: show up prepared, communicate clearly, solve problems and take pride in the work we leave behind.
We believe construction is about more than completing a scope of work. It’s about building trust, working well with the people around us and creating something that will stand for years to come.
Our Mission
To provide builders and homeowners with dependable, high-quality construction built on craftsmanship, integrity and accountability. We strive to communicate clearly, solve problems and do the job properly — building lasting relationships through work our customers can count on.
What We Do
Structural work, done right
Every stage of a build plays an important role in the strength, function and finished quality of the home.
Foundations
The foundation is the bedrock of the home, providing the strength and stability everything else is built on. We approach every pour with accuracy, organization and quality from the start.
Framing
Framing creates the structure and shape of the home, turning plans on paper into the spaces people will live in. We bring experience and precision to this critical stage of construction.
Siding & Exterior Finishing
Exterior finishing protects the home from the elements while creating the look and character of the finished home. We focus on quality and durability in every detail.
Interior Finishing
Interior finishing brings the home together, adding the details and function that make a house feel like home. We carry every project toward completion with skilled, detail-focused craftsmanship.
Multi-Family Construction
We’re expanding our capabilities into larger residential and multi-family projects — bringing the same focus on quality, efficiency and accountability that defines our company.

The Approach
“We are building someone’s home. That is not something you take lightly. It deserves care.” Our Philosophy
Carpentry has long carried stereotypes of being rough around the edges. Raaschtional represents a new generation of trades — one where collaboration replaces conflict and communication matters as much as craftsmanship. Our job sites are structured, respectful, and driven by pride in the process.
Who We Serve
Two audiences, one standard
For Builders
A Trade Partner You Can Count On
We understand that every trade affects the schedule, quality and success of the entire project. Our goal is to make your job easier with dependable crews, quality workmanship and clear communication throughout our scope of work.
Construction doesn’t always go according to plan — materials get delayed, details change, unexpected issues arise. We focus on communicating early, finding practical solutions and keeping the project moving.
We want to be more than another subcontractor. We want to be the trade partner you don’t have to worry about.
For Homeowners
Your Home. Our Responsibility.
Building or renovating a home is a significant investment, and we understand the responsibility that comes with being part of it. We work with homeowners to bring their plans and ideas to life through quality construction and craftsmanship.
Whether we’re building from the ground up or contributing to a renovation, we approach each project with care, respect and attention to detail — communicating openly and working toward practical solutions when challenges arise.
Your vision starts on paper. We help bring it to life.
